Refund Policy

14-day refund

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, for any reason. Renewals can be refunded within 14 days if you haven’t used the app since the renewal.

Cancelling

Cancelling stops future renewals. It doesn’t refund the current period on its own; ask us if you need a refund.

How to ask

Email trytbcom@gmail.com with your order number, or use the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

After a refund

Your subscription ends and your license key is deactivated. Temperature and fan monitoring keep working.
