In short: Sweepr runs on your Mac. It does not upload your files, the list of your apps, or anything it finds while scanning.

What stays on your Mac

Scan results, temperature and fan readings, the apps you have installed, your activity history and your settings are stored only on your Mac. We never receive them.

What goes over the internet

Checking for Sweepr updates: your app version and macOS version are sent to updates.trytb.com.
Checking your apps for updates: app identifiers and versions are sent to the Mac App Store and to each developer’s own update feed.
Activating your license: your license key and a device name are sent to Lemon Squeezy.

Payments

Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. We receive your name, email address and order details. We never see your card number.

This website

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page and time) for security, for up to 30 days.

Your choices

You can turn off automatic update checks in Sweepr’s settings. To ask about or delete order information, email us at trytbcom@gmail.com.
