By using the Tabi application and platform, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Definitions

Platform: The Tabi mobile application and Tabi website
User / Guest: Any person who uses the platform to book a chalet or service
Owner: The chalet owner who lists their property on the platform
Service Provider: The party providing additional services through the platform
Booking: The process of reserving a chalet or service through the platform

2. Registration Requirements

You must be 18 years of age or older
You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
The platform reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account that violates these terms

3. Booking & Payment

3.1 Making a Booking

When you complete a booking, your request is sent to the chalet owner for approval. The booking is confirmed only after the owner approves and payment is completed.

3.2 Pricing

Prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and include the base rental rate. Cleaning fees and service fees may apply depending on the chalet.

3.3 Payment

Payments are processed through approved electronic payment gateways on the platform. All financial transactions are encrypted and secure.

3.4 Service Fees

Tabi charges a service fee on each booking. The total amount including all fees is displayed before booking confirmation.

4. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellations are subject to each chalet's cancellation policy, which is clearly displayed at the time of booking. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.

5. Guest Obligations

Adhere to designated check-in and check-out times
Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the chalet and its property
Do not exceed the maximum allowed number of guests
Respect local regulations and neighbors' privacy
Accept responsibility for any damage to the chalet during your stay
Do not use the chalet for unlawful purposes

6. Owner Obligations

Provide accurate information and genuine photos of the chalet
Ensure the chalet is clean and ready upon guest arrival
Honor the listed prices and not request additional payments outside the platform
Respond to booking requests within the specified timeframe
Comply with local laws regarding property rental

7. Reviews & Ratings

Guests may rate the chalet after their stay. Reviews must be honest and objective. The platform reserves the right to remove any review that contains offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content.

8. Liability

Tabi is an intermediary platform connecting owners and guests, and is not a party to the rental agreement
The platform is not responsible for the quality of chalets or services provided
The platform is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages resulting from platform use
The platform makes efforts to ensure information accuracy but does not guarantee it absolutely

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content including text, images, logos, and designs are the exclusive property of Tabi and are protected under Kuwait's intellectual property laws. Copying or reusing any content without prior written permission is prohibited.

10. Suspension & Termination

Tabi reserves the right to suspend or cancel any user's account in the following cases:

Violation of these Terms and Conditions
Providing false or misleading information
Abusive behavior toward other users
Attempted fraud or payment system manipulation
Using the platform for unlawful purposes

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any dispute arising from the use of the platform is subject to the jurisdiction of Kuwaiti courts.

12. Amendments

Tabi reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes via the app or email. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
